If you could change anything in your life right now, what would it be?
Develop a more pragmatic approach to the triggers which cause anger
- Take control
- Resolve bad memories
- Feel less angry
- Feel more relaxed
- Handle stress better
- Restore balance
One thing is certain, there is a better way and I can help.
We learn from a very early age, that it is wrong to get angry, and that we should avoid expressing ourselves in this manner.
Most of us are taught as children that we shouldn’t get angry, and as we mature into adulthood, we can sometimes continue to suppress these feelings, believing this to be the proper way to act.
We should instead be taught, that it can be both physically and emotionally healthy to express our feelings in a controlled manner, rather than allowing these emotions to become so pent-up that one may explode.
Repressed anger, may lead to an outburst of emotion, especially when held back over the course of many years. Such outbursts can at times be ferocious and uncontrolled, and these may reach a point where one’s feelings can no longer be ‘bottled up’.
How I can help you regain control of your anger.
Together, we will look to address both the cause and effect of your anger, thus enabling us to resolve any underlying issues, which will, in turn, enhance your ability to move forward in a healthier and more constructive manner.
Historic events which still cause upset in the present day can often be the root cause of anger, these memories can manifest themselves unexpectedly and if left unresolved, they can continue to affect us.
Suppressing negative memories, can be hugely tiring and very draining, is it any wonder then that you get angry?
We may not always be aware of why we become angry, despite this, help is still at hand.
Whatever your reasons for being angry, if you are looking to keep your cool and remain calm, then my skills will provide a great way to make the positive changes you would like.
I offer a whole host of options be that hypnosis, neuro-linguistics, a cognitive behavioural approach and for many, just being able to have someone to talk things through, can make all the difference.
Usually 4-6 sessions required to successfully resolve feelings of anger
I visited Darren tonight – sceptical and a bit anxious about what to expect! I was instantly relaxed and felt he really listened to me – and I talked a lot!
I learned lots – about hypnotherapy and my misconceptions of it, and about me! A super taster session and I’m sure to go back now I’m aware of all the ‘uses’ of hypnotherapy! Thank you x
Saw Darren on three occasions for different reasons – sickness phobia, exam concentration and travelling alone. He really helped – I went to South Africa alone and am now at University in the USA. My confidence has grown so much and I know it is thanks to him – would recommend
I spent and hour with Darren and after I felt relaxed and able to think positively about the problem I had gone to see him about. Darren made me feel relaxed and confident which allowed me to talk to him openly. His support has helped me massively and I recommend Darren as he is good at what he does and genuinely wants to help.
Darren is a truly genuine helpful guy. I have nothing but glowing reports about how Darren has helped people with their personal challenges. I have recommended Darren to family and friends and his results can be seen quickly.
I was sceptical at first to be honest. But I cannot express enough how helpful and professional Darren was. I thought I would need a lot of sessions but I ended up only needing a few before I saw immediate results which have lasted (now 8 months on and counting) It was always up to me and I never felt pushed into thinking I needed more. Which in itself was refreshing!
Definitely cannot recommend enough! He will change your life!
Darren was lovely a genuine guy who loves helping people. I went on a recommendation and was amazed to see the results in just one session happen in front of my eyes.
Darren is honest and will explain everything he is going to do. A few more sessions to attend but now look forward to them.
