We are all more than capable of feeling jealous during our lives. There can be numerous reason why we might feel this emotion, however, once it starts to negatively impact on our relationships, then it must surely be time to regain control?
Whilst most will probably consider jealousy to be a single emotion, it’s often a complex mixture of many different feelings, such as, fear of loss, a sense of inadequacy, hurt, sadness, pain, anxiety, self-doubt, anger and, sometimes, outright rage.
Often, there will be unresolved issues around feelings of low self-esteem and confidence.
How I can help you regain control.
On almost a daily basis, I help my clients to feel more confident and as such low self-esteem becomes a thing of the past. Additionally, there will often be unresolved issues with shock and trauma often forming an unhealthy aspect within feelings of jealousy. Whilst most think PTSD comes through serving in a war zone, it can happen to anyone, and the tell-tale signs are getting upset about historic events of any kind.
Together we will find a safe space for you to work through your feelings, enabling you to release the pain and negative emotions that often erode our confidence and self-esteem.
As a skilled therapist I have a whole host of techniques to help you and my approach is one which will see you looking forward to the future in a happier, healthier and more robust manner.
Typically, 2-4 sessions will be required to successfully resolve feelings of Jealousy.
Although I am qualified in NLP and have a good understanding of Hypnotherapy, you used a technique that I was unfamiliar with, and you explained that this would have the power to resolve past experiences.
