Having been trained by one of the UK’s largest slimming organisations and having myself once weighed over 22 stones, I have much to offer those requiring help. Throughout my professional career I’ve helped hundreds of people to become healthier and happier about the way they look and feel.
There is a wealth of information available, if this were all we needed, then we would all have the perfect body. In addition, there are numerous types of diet plans and fitness regimes, within an industry worth many billions of pounds.
Most are looking for a silver bullet, some golden nugget of information, that will make things easier this time around. If you’re looking for a quick fix solution like a hypnotic gastric band, then I’m not the therapist for you.

You’ll notice until now, I haven’t used the words weight loss, why is that?
Hypnotherapy will help empower and motivative you, and through positive suggestion we will help bring about positive changes to your relationship with food.
I have a range of skills and a wealth of knowledge and my approach is tailored to find the most effective route for my clients.
By offering Clinical Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic programming and a whole host of other professional techniques, you can be assured that this time things will be different.
Typically, an approach based over several sessions is best, with around 4-6 often being sufficiently effective.
I can honestly say that I was very nervous, and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. After 5 minutes of being hypnotised, I realised that all of my fears and reservations I had previously had went away and I began to feel really relaxed, I found that I was not only able to put all of the clutter and noise of day to day life to one side, but I was actually able to concentrate and focus on what I really wanted to achieve.

Fifteen years in China living with spiders the size of dinner plates did not cure my arachnophobia.
